Have You Booked Your Chimney Services?
If you have, we’re here to inform you about the process and tell you what you can expect during the appointment. If you haven’t booked your appointment, you can schedule an appointment here.
We are happy to answer any and all of your questions, before, during and after the appointment, so don’t hesitate to ask.
The process is fairly simple for you. Our qualified professionals will arrive during the appointment window time and ask you about any issues. Then we will get to work. From there we will provide you with a detailed report of what work was done and will leave your home spotless!
To-Do List Before Your Appointment
Before Your Appointment:
24 hours before your appointment, remember to:
- Stop using your fireplace, wood stove or gas stove. For safety’s sake, we need to work with an appliance that is completely cool. As a courtesy, please remove all ash from the firebox.
The Day of Your Appointment – Remember to:
- Remove fragile or precious items from the area near the fireplace. We need about 5 to 6 ft around the fireplace to be clear to get our equipment in place.
- Watch us work if you’d like. Customers learn a great deal about chimney safety from watching us work, so we encourage it.
That’s it! From there you can trust that your chimney is in qualified hands and that your house will be left as clean as when we arrived.
Schedule your appointment with us today and enjoy your fireplace in safety.
Ashbusters did a great job. They were 1/2 the price of another local company. Give these guys a call Jason, Rob and the office staff were pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use again.
Timmy from Ashbusters was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Very clean and helpful with general information as well. He did a great job and we will be using again!

Ready to Schedule?
WHAT TO EXPECT
Whether you call us or we call you back after you submit a scheduling form, you can expect our team to ask you a couple of questions.
Are you representing the home? We get a lot of real-estate managers, property managers and personal assistants that call for homeowners. Knowing who owns the home helps us to accurately save files and information relating to your services.
Have you used us for your appliance before? If so, we have all your past services on file and it speeds up the scheduling process.
Where is your home located? This ensures that you are in our service area.
What kind of appliance are you wanting to be serviced? (wood-burning fireplace, wood-burning stove, gas logs, etc)
How many stories is your home? What is the exterior of your chimney made out of? What do you have on your roof? (metal shingles, terra cotta, etc)
*If you don’t know the answers to these questions, no worries! Our team can help you.
We do not share the pricing of our services on our site. Because each service has multiple variables including the number of flues, the type of appliance, etc we can only give you an accurate price until we fully understand your appliance and the time and materials it will take to be serviced. If you have questions about cost, please call our office and our team is happy to answer any questions. If you are still unsure, please check out our reviews and you can find confidence in our work through our happy customers.
